CMYK Printing Proximity RFID MF Classic Contactless Smart Card
The contactless proximity smart card can be used for diverse applications such as access control, cashless vending, public transportation, event ticketing, customer loyalty and photo ID cards. Securely separated sectors enable multiple applications and support future growth. Different keys can protect read/write operations to build key hierarchies in the system.
Contactless proximity smart cards with chip, called chip cards or smart cards, can be equipped with different types of chips. EM and Mifare are two types of chips within the RFID technology, but smart cards can also be equipped with a contact chip, which is the visible chip on the card. Contact chip require contact with a reader for information, which the RFID chips doesn´t. On the smart cards it is also common to have a magnetic strip for access and registration usage.
