Hotel Door Lock 1k Key Card for Ving Lock
Door lock workflow
1. After the door lock is installed, set the Vision management system according to the specific needs of hotel, and set the authorized unlock information(floor card, master card) for each door lock in the system
2. Connect the handheld computer, transmit the set information to the computer through Vision system
3. Use handheld computer and contact card to enter the specific information(authorized card, time...) on each room door lock
4. Send the required card through computer system/card device: floor card, master card, foreman card. Distribute the cards to employees to use.
5. At check-in, receptionist give time-limited client card of single room to client
6. After check-out, the attendant uses check-out card on the door lock to ensure that the guest card is invalid
7. In non-normal situations, you can use mechanical key to open the door lock
8. In emergency, obtain authorizaiton from the management system through using handheld computer, the door lock can be opened within one hour, the unlock information can also be got, last 600 pieces of unlock information can be saved in lock body of each lock
